So I got a huge one under my breast, and there is now a massive hole it's so painful. How do I heal it, or what can I do. I just put a plaster over it at the moment. I have a spot on the side my breast. It is aggravated by friction from my bra and the arm seam of my shirt's. I am sensitive to adhesive tapes and it is a sensitive area. I have used paper tape and a nonstick pad but that doesn’t stay on well. Any bandage recommendations? What do other folks use in sensitive areas? Thanks. ❤️🩹

I'm curious if anyone has had success controlling their HS with diet changes alone. What did you do? I've just finished a 2 week round of doxycycline with zero improvement, in fact it seemed to get worse. Ive had the same sore since Nov 2022.
