Are you talking about the little bump on the chin or the lip. When my lip looks like that I just brush my teeth twice a day and floss and then several times a day I wash my lips with my tips of my fingers with liquid dial soap. Usually it is just a mild skin infection from germs from my mouth from dry lips and biting or licking my lips. Just washing with dial knocks it out in a day or two and it doesn’t make a sore. Goes away real fast.

Got any witch hazel to dab on it? Could dip a cotton ball in some brewed tea and tape it on for a few minutes. Doesn’t look too imposing at the moment but you know how it can be. Tea kills fungus and germs. Are you eating fatty meat, butter, or dairy? I try to stick to veggies and very lean chicken breast and small amount of olive oil. But I’m bad sometimes and ate chocolate cream pie yesterday and felt awful after. Fatty meat sometimes makes my skin get all splotchy with bumps and rough places. Heaters this time of year dries out our skin and the flaky skin clogs our pores more. Cereve face washes have helped me a lot and don’t clog pores. Eat some greens and strawberries for minerals and vitamin C. Wilt some turnip greens in a little olive oil with diced onion and some Lowery’s garlic salt and cracked black pepper. It will get some nutrients in you and clean out digestive tract from anything ailing you. Have some fresh strawberries for dessert for vitamin C to rejuvenate your skin. Vitamin C builds collagen. Have a piece of chicken breast if you eat meat. There is a website I like that I use to track the vitamins and minerals I get in food called cronometer.com. It’s free to use. It tracks calories, fats, carbs, protein, minerals, vitamins and has all the foods listed in its data base.

This disease is crazy. I’ve had boils in the past but they were short lived. None of this ongoing crazy long term mess. This all started during covid lockdown December a year ago with sporadic HS and one that wouldn’t heal. I just recently healed with much work at it. . I’ve been getting lots of uti’s with it and cold chills, face flushing. temperature regulation issues, skin feeling hot and burning like dry heat sensation in my groin. Skin will feel raw but not red and nothing there. Sometimes I think I’ve lost my mind.
