I can't take Humira, but Dr. put me on Cosentyx. I am 4 weeks into treatment with no results. But my condition is severe. I still have hope, but it's really rough.

Cynthia, I am on the keto diet and have no active hs.......basically no sugar and no carbs...(no potatoes, pasta, breads and rices)....just meat and veggies.

Sound like a Cortisone shot. I've had those a few times. They last for about a week.

I'm Retired Federal Employee. I think that's expensive but I pay $5 a month for the meds which I think is good.

I've Ordered Some Manuka Honey (MGO 525+) - Has Anybody Got Good Experiences With This?

I am so sick of living with this condition, constantly have some sort of a flare going on and am willing to try anything at this point!

The 'flares' are usually so much worse around the time of menstruation, do you think if I applied this Makuka Honey for a week while I'm on my period it would help stop a flare or at least calm it down?

Is it best to apply the honey directly to the skin or to a dressing before applying?
