So I got a huge one under my breast, and there is now a massive hole it's so painful. How do I heal it, or what can I do. I just put a plaster over it at the moment. Also, I got a massive one under my arm. It's hard and as big as a tennis ball, but it hasn't been drained yet. I have it for almost 3 /4 weeks

I would get an appt to see your dermatologist or even PCP. With the redness and rash extending from it looks infected and that you may need antibiotics. In the meantime, keep it covered with non-stick bandages and neosporin.

Do you have a doctor you can see?

Here is a list.

Covering with a wide bandage or gauze and tape. Lil Neosporin or Vaseline just enough to cover the hole helps with friction. I have this under my breast too. I plan to eventually have surgery for it. CO2 laser. I have seen pictures of women taking Humira and it helps. So again look for a doctor. Please refer to the list or are local dermatologists who has patients with HS. Just look up online in your area and ask them when you call if any dermatologists in the office deal with patients town HS
