I have had a 'cyst' for a over a year. It does not drain unless I squeeze it and it is mostly blood. It normally doesn't get inflamed but if it does, it is not major. I was recently diagnosed last year but realize I have had flare ups for a few years. We just always thought they were ingrown hairs in my groin/pantyline. Currently in the midst of one and I’m miserable. I’m lucky b/c mine aren’t that bad, but I’m terrified of what they could become.
