I was recently diagnosed last year but realize I have had flare ups for a few years. We just always thought they were ingrown hairs in my groin/pantyline. Currently in the midst of one and I’m miserable. I’m lucky b/c mine aren’t that bad, but I’m terrified of what they could become.
This doctor is excellent and both her and staff are incredibly nice.

Find a surgeon who knows about removing sweat glands and HS.
