Hydrocortisone cream prescribed by your provider. Epsom salt baths help me a lot too!

I'm sorry to hear about the itching. I don't itching that much at all anymore due to increased hydration. You MUST increase your water intake. I've dealth with HS over 20 years. I use to itch like crazy, all the time, at night, in the day, I'd rub so much in frustration and tears. The past 5 years or so I realized if my water intake was low I'd itching like crazy. So now, if I even start to feel a little itch, I realize I'm not drinking enough water. It is a fast an easy fix. Please increase water intake, and add a little Himalayan pink salt too if you can. ☺️ This is coming from someone with several lesions under arms, under fupa, groin area, labia, and buttocks. You will see that water (to flush out) is key. God bless and healing for all in Jesus name.
Stay positive.

Get a soft bristle toothbrush to itch if you have to. Be sure to sanitize in peroxide between use...or get multiple toothbrushes.
