Cold water, cold air or weather may keep them from leaking but it also keeps them from coming out. They will not go away unless you clear them out completely. I have some that have tunneled so long that it's taken over 3 years to get them almost gone. I get a lil out and stop for the day and the next day it feels full again from the stuff that was deeper coming to the surface. When it's cold, this won't happen. They just stay inside of you. I cried when I looked down after a shower last week and my stomach was almost flat. I have a lot of hanging skin that I hope exorcise will help with but to see a major difference from before my shower till after makes all the work I'm putting in worth it .
