I noticed 1 "pimple" appeared under my right arm the other day. now i have 3 and im starting to see some on the other arm. Is this HS?

Mine started like this but you should definitely be checked my a dermatologist

May or may not be! You can go to the Dr and he may or may not know what it is. Dr's are generally not well educated on HS!

It can appear as HS but it is best to have it looked at before it becomes a bigger issue with a more complicated solution
Speaking from experience, make an appointment with a dermatologist because most of the other physicians are not familiar with HS and they'll end up referring you to a dermatologist anyway.
