I was on this over 20 years ago it worked wonders and helped my flares tremendously. But then I started to get thrush very bad in my mouth which they thought at first was strep and they put me on a ZPack and it turned out to make it all
Worse. If she can stay on it, it did help but thrush was a bad side affect for me.

yes all the time. most antibiotics have those side effects, i'm on doxycycline and i took my first pill today with no food and iy bit me in the but cuz an hour and a half later i threw it up. my advicr always give them to her after she has a half ful or full stomach because it almost eliminates the nausea when you first take any antibiotic. i know it scary but the doctor weighted the risks and would give your child something that causes your child greater harm especially with a condition that they know is so debilitating.

I was on it for several months at 23/23 years old and had no issue other than the fact it didn’t work.
