YES. But luckily not that frequently and they tend to heal and stop. However, I recall reading once about a different condition that similar to HS but specific to the vulva. I wish I could remember the name, but it's certainly worth talking to a dermatologist about.

I have this area too. And anal and on the public area,face and back of the neck.The groin and labia has to be the worst. I am at stage 3 now. I find real hot baths with Epsom salt helps..it is hard to put any kind of bandage in this area. I put witch hazel in baby wipes and keep the area clean and do this after every time I go to the washroom. It helps keep the bacteria down too. The smell is the hardest and I have found no way to get ride of that. As a woman it is harder because the area is always moist.

Currently have my labia on the left side, the top of my vaginal area (looks like hair bumps) and all the to my anal area. Pretty much whole vaginal area. Hurts like heck!

I am in pain in this moment!
Is on my left side in my vaginal area .
So hard to sit and walk.
Is the 3rd day and the pus don't stop!
