I keep getting flare ups on the inner labia, and I know you aren't supposed to use medicated soaps on sensitive skin. I just use unscented sensitive wash, like Summer's Eve, whenever I shower. So I'm not sure what I'm supposed to use to prevent and treat these flare ups...

I have them as well all over my groin, labia, buttocks etc. I also use Hibocleanse and Vashe. I'm scheduled for surgery on the 29th (1 of 5 surgeries) to remove the tissue etc, because it's so bad down there. Stage 3 Hurley HS.

Hey, that must be very painful for you. I have now and then got a bartholin duct cyst but other than that never on my inner labia. However, I have had it way too many times on my outer labia. I think it will be alright to use products with chlorhexidine anyway. I usually just put on vaseline etc when it does appear to protect from irritation.

I get it all over my vagina and inner labia I use hibocleans during flares with lesions as its what they use in hospitals and it doesn't make any sort of wound burn or sting at all you can use it for any wound of any kind and it will not burn.
