Is It Common To Have Full Body Pain With Hs, Even When There's No Boils?

I'm new to hs and I'm the process of getting diagnosed. Several doctors and nurses said it's hs with certainty. I also have congested heart failure, eosinophilic asthma, type 2 diabetes which it's under control and mild.

I don't have full body pain but I do have random back and hip pain from awkward sleep positions over the years so I could take pressure off of my flares.
