I suffer with HS in the groin area and get very self conscious of the dark purple scars they leave. Does anyone know of any/has used any kind of treatment to improve the look? Thank you
Silvidene cream will dull the appearance of the scars, but it is a prescription and usually only used on burn victims. It is difficult to get a doctor to prescribe it for scarring.
