Don't know if this is related to HS but when you get a raised bump with no head on it and you squeeze it and a white line comes out - what is that? Does anyone else get them? X
I have one on front of neck and one on back and it never goes away but it never gets infected either. The neck one has gone down a lot after constantly squeezing it. It doesn’t seem to fill up… read more

As opposed to regular acne....that flares up during stress....
Looking for affordable but proven over the counter treatments others have used. I know everyone is different but has worked for you? 💖 Also bandage/dressing for the area? Cheek area specifically. Sorry to be bother and ask so many questions 😣😵💫
Make your bandage. Get a paper towel (I use Costco brand) cotton ball in the middle, and I use paper tape (Amazon box of 12 forgot $) Vaseline so it won't stick to the skin. Good luck
Does anyone else get what looks like a big blackhead under the skin where a boil used to be? I get ones that look like a little tunnel...and the tunnel is filled with blackhead goo.
I’ve tried to treat them like blackheads, but it hasn’t really worked. My HS meds (Metformin) work for my boils, but not these. Pic is from a dermatology website, but this is what they look like.
@LumpySometimesBumpy can u explain Clarisonic to me . Sorry I'm so new to actually learning and trying to truly understand HS .
Non adherent pads are a must!
The time between tests and professionals walking was 9 years for 3 examinations, and a photo session for the medical community magazine!
Thanks for noting !
This is getting worst.
Omg do you have a healed photo? Hugs
I'm 5 years into menopause and haven't noticed a difference.
I was recently diagnosed last year but realize I have had flare ups for a few years. We just always thought they were ingrown hairs in my groin/pantyline. Currently in the midst of one and I’m miserable. I’m lucky b/c mine aren’t that bad, but I’m terrified of what they could become.
Also I love my Rheumatologist .....
