Ive been using warm compress and just started today using clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide gel. I’ve never had a flare up here before just my under arms. The one is extremely painful and they’re both are close together. Usually I’d start back on my antibiotics but I’m getting a colonoscopy Monday so I can’t start any antibiotics.
