Can't have sex anymore cause it's so ugly down there with the scars and flare ups

ive personally never done it... juts because my hs is holding me back, im so scared of them seeing all of my scaring and flares

I've had HS since I was 14 exclusively in my groin until a few years ago and it has genuinely never been a hindrance. I've been in 3 long term relationships and when I have a flare I explain I don't want to be intimate because I'm in pain. I have never been judged or ridiculed for my scars even with casual partners. Having hs is bad enough, don't let it stop you from finding love!
