Yes. I have been on ozembic for a little over a year. Once my a1c leveled out, my HS outbreaks have dramatically decreased. I no longer need antibiotics for my HS. It has improved my life greatly. Sent from my T-Mobile 5G Device

I am eating so healthy that I am not getting new breakouts. Areas that have been bad for YEARS are healing. I still have scarring from the healed areas.
I took ozempic for over a year and had to stop it because of the GI side effects. I took a 3 month break and started mounjuno. I lost about 40ish pounds with ozempic, but I was taking it for my diabetes. I did notice a decrease in lesions, but they did not stop completely. I get them under my abdominal fold and on the side of my right breast. I have also ragged out some T-shirts and I tuck it under my abdominal fold. Since I started doing that, I have had no yeast and my HS lesions are, when I do get them, much less severe. I hope this helps!!
Yes! Up until a few months ago I was on Mounjaro. My HS reduced so much I could wear a tank top for the first time in 2 decades!
Then I started a job where the insurance scoffed at GLP-1's and refused to cover it due to the use of it being for weight loss (nice benefit but I was using it to control my diabetes primarily.
I am on Zepbound. My HS is certainly greatly improved but not gone altogether. I get smaller flares and less erupting flares. Bumps appear but go down without bursting most times.
