Hi BritneyT, Hibiclens doesn’t prevent lesions, but it calms/slows them. And DonitaMarie is correct, you can get a smaller bottle from any pharmacy for $9.

I have heard of Hibiclens, but haven't used it due to the price. DawnBoyer is it worth it? Would you say it significantly prevents/slows/calms your lesions?

Do you think your doctor was talking about Hibiclens? It a body cleanser, that I have used , it really helps and its available on Amazon- if you can afford it, they carry big bottles that last.
