Yes I actually purchased my own light and wrote it off on my taxes as a medical expense/ treatment. I have had success with it as long as I remain consistent! Used as the sole treatment for me did not work at all, combined with medications and laser hair removal I have had great success, I believe there is only 1 FDA approved light and it is Kala, I may be wrong but that is what a practitioner told me prior to purchasing my own! Hopefully that helps!

Red light therapy works by stimulating cell repair, increasing blood flow, and reducing inflammation - which may help relieve painful nodules and lesions during flare-ups. However, it's important to note that while gym facilities may offer red light therapy, medical settings are the safest option as they're administered by healthcare professionals. Non-medical facilities may not follow the same strict safety standards.
The treatment is generally considered safe with mild side effects like redness and mild pain at the treatment site. Before starting any new treatment, it's recommended to discuss it with your healthcare provider to ensure it's appropriate for your specific situation.
