I started using it last year. Scar tissue in my groin and ingrown hair are my biggest problem. My derm said it affects the strength of the hair. So far I haven't had a flare their since I started taking it. No side affects.

I went into remission for a year on 100 MG but for whatever reason I came out of remission a bit aggressively so they upped me to 150 MG and I am also avoiding yeast but am 1 month no flare.
I have been on 100mg since January 2025, I have had only one flare up of an old site in the armpit. When it did flare up, it was not nearly as bad as it used to be and cleared up quickly with just keeping the area clean and applying topical antibiotics. It has also cleared my acne that I suffered from well into my 40s. I get a pimple or bump on my face maybe once every few months.
