I'm interested in learning more about GLP-1 drugs as a possible treatment for HS.

I have a special type of diabetes. It started as Type 2 with a history of chronic, genetic pancreatitis. As the pancreatitis progressed, the enzyme-producing cells in my pancreas deteriorated more and more causing me to have extremely low sugar levels as well as extreme highs resulting in a diagnosis of Diabetes Mellitus with Type 1 tendencies. I am wondering if GLP-1 drugs would aid in preventing more occurrences of HS flare-ups.
