Does anyone have severe HS lesions with tunneling on their face?

I started Humira 3 months ago but it isn't helping. This is what my face currently looks like. They each started out really small 1,2,3...9 months ago and keep getting longer. I can see and feel the sinus tracts under the skin so I can tell how wide each will eventually open and/or connect to another open or soon to open one. It's disgusting and painful. Ensure your diagnosis is accurate by seeking a second opinion from a dermatologist experienced in HS.

Thank you for the feedback, Andrea. I sincerely appreciate you taking the time. I have my 4 month follow up next week. My doctor said after 4 month we will be able to see the maximum benefits of Humira. I'm incredibly hopeful he has an alternative theory or treatment plan because my face has gotten worse than the photos submitted.
