I get them under my arms sometimes after a really bad flare up I'm 29 years old been dealing with hs for about two years just got diagnosed last year. What are some helpful tips that have helped you. I'm willing to try about anything when I get a bad flare up I mainly get bad ones under my arms and on my upper inner thighs
