No positive results for me after about 6 mos on to another biologic.

I'm just praying that this will help. I'm not sure what to expect or a timeframe, guess my Dr. will let me know

Oh my goodness I am happy that the injection seems to be helping for you. I’m going to ask my dermatologist about Inflixmab tomorrow as well then! I woke up this morning with a second abscess on the other side of my groin now it’s just awful. Truly praying for a cure for this condition In our lifetime.!!!

RunaeMoon I too was in a similar situation with no relief after the same steps. Then I had a painful flare up and went to the ER. They popped the lesions and drained them. A week later my Dermie suggested and infusion. Infliximab injection. It has helped so much I have pain a 1 and no more draining. 😃

I also have stage 3 HS and last year they put me on Humira injections. I took them for almost a year with no relief at all so I just stopped taking it. I’ve also been on Clindamycin both oral and topical antibiotics with no relief. I know it’s just miserable suffering through this horrible condition! I pray the Humira works for you ! I see my dermatologist again in two days. Hopefully we can come up with another game plan.
