Yes I had my baby last year it has been hard. During pregnancy I would get a flare in groin and buttocks. I would get a steroid injection in groin and later follow up with sitz baths. I bought a sitz bath seat you place on the toilet and those little epsom salt sitz baths with baking soda helped a lot with pain.
