You could try manuka honey, like Medihoney wound gel. My wound care nurse recommended that on my open wounds-it's antimicrobial and helps wounds heal. My most recent wound started healing a bit faster when I started using it. It's over the counter too, so no need for a prescription.

😁 I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ of anyone who has tested this out yet but they have manuka honey 🍯 in them and that’s good stuff and has healing properties and kills bacteria 🦠 as well 😁👇👇
