If you can get all the pus to drain out and all that comes out is pure blood then you can shrink it with a little nutmeg powder mixed with Benadryl topical antiseptic lotion or cotton balls dipped in brewed black tea compresses. It has to have something on it all the time that will shrink the hole and it takes a month and a half of always having a shrinking type herb or over the counter shrinking medicine on it all the time for it to close and go away. Rumor on this site has it that for clindamycin to help it has to be the gel not the lotion. I didn’t know that and the lotion type clindamycin didn’t help me at all. The pain would come back after I rubbed it in within 15 minutes. Clindamycin doest help some people at all as they get immune to it. I was told by derm to use it 2 months but after a month and a half I switched to doing my own thing and when I saw better results I cancelled derm appointment and called and told them what I had done and to update my chart to reflect it.

I put it on a small patch of gauze and put an absolutely waterproof clear membrane bandage over it. Or if don’t have that can use small gauze patch and tape a square of plastic over it from a plastic disposable shopping bag. Have to keep bacteria out or pus will come back, It takes a whole month and a half to shrinking one into having no trace. Even after gone have to keep checking to make sure doesn’t come back. The little demons are relentless.
