I use shea butter I mix with almond. Lavendar and tea tree oil. Basically use on my feet sometimes elbows. But love the Neutrogena it's not thick and does not take 5 min to rub in and it does moisturize

Brenda thank you cuz you cuz I just usually use Gardena Rose tip water I think it was like coconut water or something like that serum I can only do terms I can't do lotions I can do certain kind of oils for the body like sunflower coconut the only ones that I really can't do and this is weird is shea butter it's too sick it just clogs up coconut a little bit too

I.also use the Hibeclens three times a week or so. Do not get in your private parts. You don't need a script for it. I bought at Walgreens. Gemma seems to know a lot more about the cleansing ritual. I was never given wound care in my home, but went to wound care for six months for my breast surgery and it was a joke. They did not help me at all and the director of it finally sent me to another surgeon for my left breast.
