Humira Question
A myHSteam Member asked a question 💭

Is there anyone out there already on Humira (it has been 7 months), that has started to feel exhausted. Kind of happened all of a sudden.

Sonya, Thanks for your support. I know it is a Humira side affect because a specialist and my dermatologist say that the podules that formed on my palms 🤲 of hands and feet and are still slightly there, is a common side effect of Humira. And I never had them before. I do not believe I am overreacting. I had an antiinflammatory condition and now have that an an autoimmune condition in psoriasis. A pic of the hand. Think about it. I have to walk on my feet and do work with my hands. I do not feel I am overreacting Lynette, but each to their own opinions.

Thanks Fatima. Now just trying to get it back. I have 2 shots left and CVS specialty says I don't have a current script. Went down to doctor yesterday and took my pre-authorization letter from Blue Cross. Doctor said he had called it in. Have to get it straightened out. Maybe by Monday. I am supposed to be approved till end of May. World 🌎 is getting harder and harder to navigate. It is doing more good than harm.

that definitely sounds like fatigue and it may be from the humira. or there could be something else going on. autoimmune conditions seem to multiply, lol. you should talk to your doctor and see if you are developing fibromyalgia or anything else before you assume it is only from the humira. i am on humira for my HS, but it has helped with my RA as well. i do experience some fatigue the day after my shot which i'm pretty sure is related, but i often experience fatigue at odd times from my other conditions. best of luck, i hope your life improves!
