How did you go about applying and all that?

Disability, has helped with my living expenses, & cover my Doctor's Primary care. Therefore, all Primary Care visits are covered. I do have a $35.00 Co-Pay, for Specialists, which can become expensive, on a Disabled's limited income.

Fortunately, I had seven surgeries, when I was able to, financially. Most were HS related. Right now, it'd be a struggle.
