Should I See A Doctor?
A myHSteam Member asked a question 💭

Since I got diagnosed 3 years ago I haven't been to see a doctor about it though I've had many flares and some pretty bad ones (at least for me). I keeping hearing and seeing about how there's not much doctors can do so I keep thinking I'll just be wasting their time by getting an appointment especially when I don't really know what I want them to do (what can they really do?). I guess I'm really asking if I'm being silly and should just go see a doctor?

I would go see a doctor. You never know some of the treatments help others and then some dont.

I would go see a Dermatologist. That way, if you have a bad flare, you already have a relationship. Also, they could have you on some meds to help.

I understand why you have held out, but doctors have so many different options that can help you! Please go see a dermatologist!
