Im trying to figure out "what" is causing my mast cells to be triggered & keeping this inflammatory nightmare going. I dont smoke, not obese but i DO have chronic pancreatitis. I read that insulin resistancy can play into HS. Ive also had a problem with candida which keeps mast cells inflaming everything. So im curious 'if' my long time gimpy pancreas has caused a blood sugar problem thats causing candida and HS?
Thanks. I think the blood sugar is causing the candida. Which in turn keeps my mast cells triggered and causing constant inflammation. I want sure if anybody on here has candida issues as well?

My mother use to call these fat bumps, boy was she wrong. After having back surgery, I discovered that my pancreas was nicked and I became a type 1 diabetic.
