So I have been on doxycycline for a long time , also been agoraphobic for almost 5 years and recently started therapy but since then I have completely forgot about the doxycycline and not taken them for about 3 weeks now . I am due to change my IUD and I have not done this since being diagnosed with HS. I cannot tolerate the patch and unlikely to tolerate the pill. I an stuck on where to go and would like to know what works for all the other ladies out there without causing flare ups.

I have mild stage 1, I’ve been on a 2 month treatment plan of clindamycin and rifampicin. The initial month I saw no difference, but the second month has been great - no irritation, no soreness, life back to normal.
