How much is laser or light therapy? My husband has HS and doesn't have insurance. Has anyone had good results? Any go into remission?
Does anyone know of any doctors in the New York City metropolitan area that perform CO2 laser treatment for HS?
Why won't insurane pay for this treatment if it works. My son is in stage 3 of hs. No treatments thus far have worked.
Yes that’s how mine where till I had them cut out I was nervous about it but I’m so glad I did I feel so much better now 🥰

Hot baths and medicated lip balm to help them drain faster than triple antibiotic cream after hot bath
I was on Humira for two years did nothing
Are they going to create light therapy?
I read years ago in another platform such as this that someone tried it and it helped but I haven’t personally

Im going to see a dermatologist soon to ask questions but was wondering if you guys could help. Has anyone had laser hair removal on a region affected by HS (i.e. armpits)? On the antibiotics I am taking currently I don’t think it would be possible, as it make my skin very sensitive to light (and I have an already very sensitive to the sun skin), but after my 3-4 months treatment off doxycycline, I was wondering if it might be helping. Depends on how extensive it is
I've read studies and community comments saying that laser hair reduction can be effective with HS in stages 1 and 2. I want to hear from people who have tried it. Has it helped?
