I've been dealing with groin area boils that bleed for almost two years now. Sadly, the boils have never completely gone away. For relief, I use gel from aloe vera plant. I keep the covered as much as possible. I sometimes place disposable pad under me, lay on my back, and "air out".
Also, when showering I use my hand with Dettol soap bar. I pat dry with paper towel. Sometimes, I'll even be naked and lay doggystyle as the fan hits it. Hunni, this HS makes you get real creative and n9t ashamed to share it! Haha. I'm in a bit of pain today, but we still g9tta laugh and tell ourselves, " life is good." I hope you find relief! Sending hugs and prayers.

Dealing with bleeding boils in the groin area is really uncomfortable, and it's completely understandable to want relief. Here are some things that may help at home:

- Apply warm compresses several times a day to encourage natural drainage
- Keep the area clean with gentle washing
- Use Vaseline on a tissue to wipe the area — it's fragrance-free and reduces friction
- Cover draining boils loosely with a sterile bandage to prevent spreading
- Avoid squeezing or popping, as this can push bacteria deeper and worsen things
- Wear loose, breathable clothing to reduce irritation Because the groin area is prone to complications, it's really important to see a doctor or dermatologist — especially since the boils are bleeding. They can safely drain them and recommend the right HS treatments, such as topical or oral antibiotics, biologics, or other options.

Seek medical attention promptly if you notice:

- Fever or chills
- Rapid growth of the boil
- Spreading infection
- No improvement after a week of home care
