I got a seton in Feb for a Perianal fistula. Since then I’ve had 3 new abscess form close to the seton. I’m convinced that the seton is rubbing and causing more abscesses but my surgeon doesn’t think that’s possible. (I’m not convinced he knows a lot about HS.) I’m still on a wait list to see a dermatologist. (I live in New Zealand)
