Lume all over body deodorant is another Great option and Lumes bath wash is GREAT THOSE Two products have been a life saver ππ give them a try Lume has two types of deodorant ones with ingredient to help you not perspire and I have one without that so we can choose which one you like I think the one without the perspiration one is probably the best one but of course that's just my opinion, thanks for listening and God bless you on this difficult journey.

Finding the right deodorant with HS can feel like a full-time job! Everyone's skin reacts differently, but here's what has worked for some myHSteam members and what doctors recommend.
Some products that members have had success with include:
- Native Deodorant β aluminum-free and fragrance-free friendly
- Kiss My Face β a natural option that's gentler on sensitive skin
- Pretty Frank β another natural, aluminum-free choice
- Arrid solid stick β one myHSteam member said it reduced both odor and flare-ups
- Dove solid stick β a popular pick (though some find gels irritating)
- Mitchum β noted for its antibacterial properties
- Secret Clinical Strength and Dove Clinical Protection β zirconium-based formulas that are less irritating than older aluminum chloride versions When choosing a deodorant, here are some general tips to keep in mind:
- Avoid aluminum chloride, parabens, alcohol, and artificial fragrances β these can trigger flare-ups
- Look for aluminum-free, fragrance-free, or unscented options
- Try applying at night β deodorants tend to work better overnight to activate
- Test on a small area first before applying more broadly
- Never apply deodorant to open sores or lesions
One myHSteam member even made their own deodorant using baking soda and coconut oil with great results β though it's worth checking with your healthcare provider before trying homemade options, as baking soda can irritate sensitive skin for some people.
