I do paleo/keto diet and sometimes carnivore. I am very strict and it helps tremendously! I also add in things like coconut oil, a salt water mixture, shots of olive oil. Those help with cleansing the blood and are antibacterial. I also regulate my mood and try to be more carefree and not stress about things that I can’t control or don’t really matter. I don’t get complete remission but I manage very well and can live a mostly “normal” life. Although eating this way does NOT help with a social life lol. I take the occasional Advil gels and that is a great med for HS. I am stage 2 and 3 in some areas if I did not eat so clean. I am single so if any women out there would like to contact me, go for it :)

Diet changes helped tremendously. I was stage 3 and have had surgery under each arm. Ive been on antibiotics and tried other meds but nothing worked. It wasn't until I stopped drinking beer , lowered my sugar intake, lost weight and paid attention to what triggers it. I started using Panoxyl and Differin Gel (ance meds) and rusty cleared up all the areas around my breast and inner thighs. That's the only thing that ever helped me and its a great feeling. Oh and I also take daily vitamins, turmeric and ginger and only use natural soap like Dr Bronners turmeric soap.

I used an antibiotic spray on the area and which hazel. Along with antibiotics once in awhile this has helped me immensely

Finally under the care of a dermalogist after starting with HS in 2018. Had surgery in 2019, tried doxycycline 200mg for 4 months and now on roaccutane. Nervous about how this will help.

Neutrogena Stubborn acne bodywash & spot treatment has worked wonders. Along with My Magic Healer ointment. Even without flares I use for preventative measures. Since starting this routine no major abcess, no need for lancing by the doctor...
Everyone is different, I had to try multiple things until I found what works for me. GOOD LUCK & BEST WISHES on finding your HS fighter/healer
