Mine don't rupture and drain. They are deep painful abscesses. I clean with Hibiclens, use clindamycin solution and cover with ointment to prevent friction.
Also clean frequently 3x's daily with iodine
Try peroxide to clean it, wash with antimicrobial soap, often and anytime you sweat.
