I have mild stage 1 and have very rarely had a HS spot, and when I have previously it’s usually been itchy, burning, tickly, had a comedone and emitted a small amount of fluid at times.
I’ve noticed a small, pea sized lump inside my labia two days ago. However it is not painful - no itchiness, no comedone, no fluid, no pain at all. Is it likely this is also a HS spot or could it just be a “regular” small cystic spot?
