For deodorants, clinical strength options containing zirconium (like Secret Clinical Strength or Dove Clinical Protection) tend to be less irritating than traditional aluminum-based products. Some key tips for deodorant use:

• Apply deodorant at night for better effectiveness
• Test new products on a small area first
• Can be used in multiple areas where sweating occurs (groin, inner thighs, under folds)
• Avoid applying directly on open sores
• Consider natural, aluminum-free options like Native Deodorant or Kiss My Face For body washing and hygiene:

• Use body washes with anti-yeast or antibacterial properties
• Some find antibacterial soap like Dial helpful
• Consider carrying flushable wipes for throughout the day
• If using deodorant near sores, try applying around the affected area and covering with a bandage

Remember that what works for one person may not work for another, so it's important to introduce new products gradually and monitor how your skin responds.
