HS can be especially painful and difficult to deal with when flares happen in private areas. It can affect not just comfort, but also confidence and daily routines.

πŸ‘‰πŸΎ What tips, routines, or products have helped you care for yourself during these flares?
πŸ‘‰πŸΎ Is there advice you’d give someone new to navigating this?

Sharing your experience might help someone else feel less alone with this challenge.

I wash up down there everytime I use the bathroom with dial gold also when I shower. Then I apply vapor rub and cover with a bandage. It comes to a head in 2-3 days. It’s best to find a soap that works for you to prevent ingrown hairs and don’t shave too much.
