I’ve been on Cosentyx for over a year. My flare-ups have really decreased. Tuesday, at my derm office, she said Bimzelx is supposed to work better. So she is switching me. It just received FDA approval here in the US, but has had a high success rate in the U.K.

Based on the search results provided, there is limited specific information about success rates and side effects of Cosentyx for hidradenitis suppurativa. While the FDA has approved Cosentyx for treating HS, which is encouraging news for patients, the search results don't contain detailed efficacy data or side effect profiles.

For the most accurate information about how well Cosentyx works and its potential side effects, it would be best to discuss this with your healthcare provider. They can provide up-to-date clinical trial data and help determine if Cosentyx might be an appropriate treatment option based on your specific situation.
