I agree, my daughter tried it. We were hopeful. It sounded so promising but the first dose was the last. It was so painful. There was no way to continue. The needle must be larger and I cant imagine anyone keeping that needle in so long. Torture. 😔

Please update us on how well it works for you. My son has been is a candidate for Bimselx. Good luck, hope the side effects are mild if any.

I tried bimzelex my 1st liading dose hurt worse than a bee sting it was slow to administer (just the way the med is) after taking it my upper thigh where the med was given was swollen and stung for a good week. Then for 2 weeks straight I got bad diarrhea which I wasn't prepared for. Man that sucked. My Dr said to keep with it so when the 2nd loading dose was used same thing stung horribly and got the diarrhea. Im sorry but this med isn't for me. Different people react differently to meds. You know you body use that as a guage to continue or stop the meds. In my case, I chose to stop the meds as I couldn't see hugging the toilet as an option for quality of life.
