I tried Lume unscented which was good but I used the stick instead of the cream and I kind of wish they had a spray which would be best but that's what I tend to go to. If I don't have that I used the secrets all over spray. I hope that helps.😀

Choosing the right deodorant for hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) can be challenging. Here are some recommendations based on experiences shared by others with HS:

- Natural Deodorants: Some people find that natural deodorants cause fewer flare-ups. However, be cautious as natural ingredients like baking soda and essential oils can still be irritating.
- Fragrance-Free Products: Fragrance-free or unscented deodorants may help prevent irritation and flare-ups.
- Aluminum- and Paraben-Free: These types of deodorants are often recommended to avoid additional skin irritation.
- Alternative Methods: Some people avoid deodorants entirely and use flushable wipes to keep their underarms clean throughout the day.

It's important to find what works best for your skin through trial and error.
