Tried Dr bronners tea tree soap. Did not burn
It does but I use it anyway and stand in front of the fan and it feels cool. Tea tree oil is good stuff ..there's also Burt's bees blemish stuff w tea tree oil and it works good ..if I'm broke I use calamine lotion or Egyptian healing clay
I haven't used straight tea tree oil on open sores, I expect it would burn. But I have used Dr. Bronner's tea tree soap when I have open sores and that was okay. It stung a little but no more than any soap would on an open wound.
I have used tea tree oil but usually avoid using it on open sores. "My magic healer" would work better for open sores. Use tea tree (diluted with another oil) for lumps that have not opened yet.
