I have a lump the size of a golf ball under the skin. As it come to a head I can see multiple bumps on it😰.

This sounds like you may have tunneling going on underneath. Have you seen a dermatologist for advice?

yes i will open one and the others will kinda just be weak spots. but with thoes i know for a fact at leat on me they will come back
I feel your pain. It's not tunnelling.. it's one large lesion that's coming up to the surface. Sometimes these types of break outs will leave you with a large crevis. Play it safe.. see a doctor soon. Especially if it keeps happening.
That's great a good Dr that listens to you and try different treament options.
I'm so sorry I know it's awful. In my experience most Drs aren't that helpful and since HS is caused by hormonal issues and not bacterial issues, like bad hygiene, they run the risk of making you antibiotic resistant and that's no good. I've had to wait most of mine out w using a hot wet cloth on it just make sure you know the signs of sepsis since it is possible and try to make yourself as comfortable as you can in the meantime..wish I could help more
