I tried laser hair removal and it did see an improvement ( I am stage 3) but I did have to pay out of pocket

Lasers have advanced to be able to treat all skin tones, find a better Dr to do the laser. It must be done by a Dr not med spa. Also with your dermatologist referral insurance will cover laser

yes it helps. my surgeon recommends it but i'm unfortunately too dark to get it. just go in to a lasor hair removal place to get a constitution
