Infections?

I am having a hard time getting into a derm. I have to find a new one due to insurance change. No one can get me in for atleast a month. I'm pretty sure I have bad infection and not sure what to do about the pain or getting some relief until I my appt. Any advise on how to alleviate some of this pain 🥺
